Our organisation's change capability was low and we struggled to apply a consistent method and approach to supporting our end to end change projects.

We started working with Change Synergy to build change awareness, knowledge and capability prior to the delivery of our transformation strategy.

Change Synergy partnered with us to provide accredited training in PCI, met with members of our Executive team, delivered the change capability diagnostic and have provided ongoing support to our Change Network and Transformation Division.
